Complaints Policy
Last reviewed: 25 August 2026
We want people to feel able to tell us when something has gone wrong. Complaints help us improve.
How to complain
Email info@tribetogether.co.uk with the subject Complaint. Please explain what happened, when it happened, the service involved and what outcome you are seeking.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the complaint, consider the relevant information and aim to provide a fair response within a reasonable timeframe. If more time is needed because a matter is complex, we will explain this.
Safeguarding and data concerns
If a complaint raises a safeguarding issue, safeguarding procedures take priority. Data-protection concerns may also be handled under our Privacy Notice and applicable UK data-protection law.
Fair treatment
Making a complaint in good faith will not, by itself, disadvantage someone accessing our services. We expect everyone involved to communicate respectfully.
