Tribe Together CIC respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information lawfully, fairly and transparently. This notice explains how we use personal data when you visit our website, contact us, enquire about support, attend activities or otherwise interact with us.

Information we may collect
We may collect identity and contact information; enquiry and correspondence records; booking, attendance and service information; payment/transaction information where relevant; accessibility or support information you choose to provide; safeguarding information where necessary; and technical information generated when you use our website.
Some information may be special category data, for example health, disability or wellbeing information. We will only collect and use this where it is necessary and we have an appropriate lawful basis and additional condition under UK data-protection law.
Children and young people
Some Tribe Together services support children and young people. We aim to use age-appropriate, clear privacy information and to involve a parent or carer where appropriate, while recognising that data-protection rights belong to the individual. Safeguarding considerations may affect when information can remain confidential.
Why we use information
We may use personal data to respond to enquiries; provide and administer services, events and activities; manage bookings and payments; communicate operational information; make reasonable adjustments; protect people and respond to safeguarding concerns; comply with legal and regulatory duties; manage complaints; keep appropriate business records; and improve our services.
Lawful bases
Depending on the activity, we may rely on consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interests, or legitimate interests. Where special category data is used, we will also identify an appropriate condition under Article 9 of the UK GDPR and applicable UK legislation.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers acting on our instructions, professional advisers, payment or technology providers, and public or safeguarding authorities where this is necessary and lawful. We may share information without consent where the law permits or requires this, including where necessary to protect someone from serious harm.

If a technology provider processes information outside the UK, we will use an appropriate UK data-transfer safeguard where required.
How long we keep information
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, safeguarding, insurance, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and service.
Your rights

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
Marketing
We will only send electronic direct marketing where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing at any time. Service messages about an existing booking or activity are not marketing.
Website payments
We do not currently take payments through this public website. When app-based booking and payment features launch, visitors will be directed to the Tribe Together app to complete relevant bookings, purchases or subscriptions.
Future app payments and Stripe
The Tribe Together app is intended to use Stripe to process payments. Payment-card information will be submitted through Stripe's payment services rather than being collected directly by this public website. The app will have privacy information covering its own data processing, including payment and transaction information, before those features are launched.
Security
We use proportionate organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this website.
